The phone comes with a 144 Hz refresh rate 6.67-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels (QHD+) at a pixel density of 1900 pixels per inch (ppi). Xiaomi 13T is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor that features 1 core clocked at 3.2GHz, 4 cores clocked at 2.8GHz and 3 cores clocked at 2GHz. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Xiaomi 13T runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh battery. The Xiaomi 13T supports wireless charging, as well as proprietary fast charging.
